Slot Club Representative (PT)

Responsibilities

• Meets and greets slot players to establish direct customer relationships and educate the guests on the benefits of the GT Rewards Program.
• Enroll new members and educate them regarding the benefits of the GT Rewards Program.
• Acquire new members and assure repeat business.
• Takes reservations.
• Promote and work events as needed.
• Contact Hosts when needed.
• Work casino floor on a rotating basis to introduce guests to the slot club.
• Take promotional pictures of Jackpot Winners and complete photo release forms.
• Comply with all health and safety standards.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and be available to work on a regular basis.
• Ensure that Superior Guest Service levels are met according to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must possess excellent customer service skills.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Ability to understand and comply with all departmental and Company rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior customer service experience.
