Slot Casino Service Representative - Slot Operations

Responsibilities

• To serve and assist customers by redeeming tickets, making change and explaining game play to new players in a prompt and courteous manner.
• This position is responsible for circulating throughout assigned casino area and serving player guests on the Slots machines by redeeming winning voucher tickets, making change for players and assisting players with rules of the games.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year experience and some customer services experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
• Must be able to learn all of the Slots games and explain rules to guests.
• Must possess basic math skills, count money accurately and balance cash drawer.
• Must be able to sit, bend, walk, kneel, push and lift 25-50 lbs daily.

Essential Job Functions

• Communicates all customer service issues to key personnel.
• Accurately performs customer transactions.
• Provides superior customer service, positively effects interactions with external and internal customers and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with coworkers.
• Pays and verifies jackpots on slot machines according to established procedures.
• Promotes the Club card program; understands current card benefits and information and presents program to customers.
• Accurately maintains money flow during shift with customers and employees.
• Maintains work areas to ensure cleanliness standards are achieved and customer requests are addressed.
