Initial Placement
Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities
- Ensures all guest related questions, problems, and requests for service are promptly handled and rectified in a professional, timely manner and in accordance to departmental standards.
- Handles the payment of all manual, hand-paid slot machine jackpots.
- Answers questions related to slot machines as well as general property information.
- Promotes features of the Slot Player's Club and assist in slot promotions, as required.
- Signs up guests into the Slot Player's Club.
- Investigates and resolves issues relating to bill validators and slot gaming vouchers, including troubleshooting of basic bill validator and ticket printer problems.
- Exchanges large bills (currency) for smaller at the request of guests.
- Affords assistance with additional technical and service issues, as required.
- Performs routine preventative maintenance on slot machines and related equipment as deemed necessary.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED;
- 1-2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Previous experience in Casino or Hospitality industry preferred;
- The ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests;
- The ability to read and interpret documents, such as manuals;
- The ability to present information and respond to questions from employees and guests;
- The ability to perform basic math skills;
- The ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations;
- The ability to perform basic computer knowledge;
- The ability to qualify for any credentialing requirements of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.

- Walking 100% of the time;
- Lifting/moving maximum of 25 lbs.
