Responsibilities
- Operate slitter equipment to produce high-quality trading cards that meet production and quality standards
- Review job instructions and follow production schedules accurately
- Make routine machine and feeder adjustments to maintain productivity and quality
- Inspect product samples throughout the shift and document results
- Communicate job status and equipment conditions during shift changes
- Record production, downtime, and job details in manufacturing systems
- Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet on-time delivery goals
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of experience in manufacturing, production, or equipment operation
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
