About the role

The RN OASIS Specialist conducts comprehensive assessments at required time points according to CMS guidelines. They implement a thorough review and interpretation of Outcome Assessment Information Sets (OASIS), ensuring optimal coding and accurate baseline and subsequent information about a patient’s functional and clinical status. The specialist effectively uses assessment information to improve patient care and outcomes.

Responsibilities
