Sleepwear & Baby Accessories Designer

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled, creative, and fast-moving Children’s Sleepwear & Baby Designer to join our team. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who can take ideas from concept through finished design quickly and accurately. The ideal candidate is comfortable using AI-powered design tools alongside traditional design software to accelerate the creative process.

Responsibilities

• Create original prints, patterns, graphics, and artwork for children’s sleepwear and baby products
• Design and develop new product concepts and collections
• Create detailed CADs and production-ready artwork
• Utilize AI design and image-generation tools to develop concepts, prints, graphics, colorways, and design variations
• Use AI to speed up concept development and overall design workflow
• Translate AI-generated concepts into clean, editable, production-ready Adobe Illustrator artwork
• Research and follow current baby, kids, fashion, print, and retail trends
• Manage multiple projects with fast turnaround times

Requirements

• Strong experience in children’s apparel, sleepwear, baby, or related product design
• Expert-level Adobe Illustrator skills
• Experience using AI creative/design tools
• Strong print, pattern, and graphic design capabilities
• Strong CAD and technical design skills
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Creative thinker who is comfortable combining AI technology with traditional design skills
