Sleep Medicine Physician
Job Summary
Avita Health System is seeking a dedicated, board-certified or board-eligible physician to join our growing, multi-disciplinary team. The selected candidate will lead the clinical evaluation, diagnosis, and comprehensive treatment of patients suffering from a wide spectrum of sleep disorders including obstructive sleep apnea, insomnia, narcolepsy, and restless legs syndrome. They will work closely with our dedicated team of sleep technologists and respiratory specialists, providing medical oversight for the only Sleep Center in the area.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Sleep Center operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. They will also participate in clinical research and contribute to the education of other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Board certification or board eligibility in sleep medicine
- Experience in sleep medicine preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Current license to practice medicine in Ohio
- Passing score on the American Board of Sleep Medicine exam

Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, with some evening and weekend coverage as needed.
