We are looking for a dedicated professional with a strong background in customer service and exceptional attention to detail to join our team as a Sleep Equipment Specialist. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity offering comprehensive on-the-job training and the chance to grow within our expanding healthcare team. As a valued member of our clinical department, you will play a key role in empowering patients to effectively manage their health conditions, improving their overall well-being and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide education, support, and guidance to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals—promoting positive clinical outcomes, self-management, and informed decision‑making.
• Setup, operate, troubleshoot, and instruct upon medical devices such as CPAP / Bi‑level.
• Inspect and test equipment function as necessary.
• Provide timely follow‑up for patients and caregivers as needed.
• Complete documentation thoroughly in a timely manner as required.

Requirements

• Strong background in customer service.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Park Ridge, Illinois.
• Flexibility to support operations across multiple care settings (in‑office, virtual, home, hospital) within a designated geographic area as business needs dictate.
