Sleep Clinician – Mission, BC

About the role

Snore MD is looking for a compassionate Sleep Clinician to join our growing Mission team. Whether you’re a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), this is your chance to step into a predictable daytime role with meaningful patient impact. You’ll be based at our Mission sleep clinic — a welcoming, well established location serving a wonderful community of patients in the heart of the Fraser Valley.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through home sleep testing and CPAP/BiPAP therapy
• Review results, explain treatment plans, and answer patient questions
• Build long-term relationships through regular follow-up and coaching
• Be the trusted, familiar face patients look forward to seeing on each visit

Requirements

• Licensed RN, LPN, RRT, RPSGT, or CPSGT — must be licensed in BC
• At least 5 years of experience in Canada as an RN, LPN, or a graduate RRT/RPSGT/CPSGT (including practicum and exams)
• Based in or within commutable distance of Mission, BC (including Abbotsford, Maple Ridge, and surrounding Fraser Valley communities)
• Available to work Saturdays regularly; choose a 4- or 5-day schedule to suit your lifestyle (Sunday always off)
• Excellent communicator and patient educator
• Proficient with softwares and workplace technology
• A natural at building trust with patients in a community-focused setting

Pay and Schedule

Hours: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (4 or 5 days/week, Saturdays required). Pay: $35.00–$39.00/hr + up to $5.50/hr in monthly performance bonuses. Full-time or part-time (4 days) — onsite at our Mission clinic.
