Slate Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technolutions Slate Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Admissions/Enrollment Management and be proficient in configuring and managing the Slate platform.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and system configurations.
• Configure and customize the Slate platform to meet defined requirements.
• Build and implement workflows, forms, and reports within Slate.
• Develop comprehensive training materials and user guides.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective system utilization.
• Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system configurations.
• Provide hands-on support during the production go-live phase.
• Monitor system performance and address any issues that arise post-implementation.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Technolutions Slate, particularly in Admissions/Enrollment Management.
• Strong understanding of higher education admissions processes and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Experience in creating and delivering training materials.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Slate Student Experience or Slate Alumni modules.
• Previous consulting experience in a higher education setting.
