Description and Requirements

Role Overview

We are seeking a forward-thinking AI Architect to lead the design and rollout of a scalable, secure “Paved Road” approach for enterprise AI adoption. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, architecture, and governance—ensuring AI capabilities are delivered as reusable, compliant products that accelerate innovation while minimizing risk.

• Roadmap & Execution

What You’ll Bring

• Experience designing enterprise AI, data, or cloud architectures in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML platforms, LLMs, and emerging AI technologies.
• Proven ability to build operating models, governance frameworks, and product-oriented platforms.
• Experience partnering with security and risk teams on regulated or high-compliance systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to lead executive-level discussions.

Preferred Experience

• Background in cybersecurity, platform engineering, or enterprise architecture.
• Experience defining AI governance policies or responsible AI frameworks.
• Familiarity with product-based delivery models and internal platform design.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $95/hr-$115/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
