About the Project

Skypoint is a 45-unit condominium project situated on a hilltop site with extraordinary city views. It is being developed within the shell of a vacant former nursing home. The Catalytic Fund provided development services and a pre-development loan, enabling the developer, 120 Main LLC, to make site improvements and build a model unit. This effort generated the pre-sales required to secure construction financing. Additionally, the Catalytic Fund supplied a subordinate construction loan to complete the project’s capital stack.
