The project has drawn inspiration and technical guidance from established emulators like Ryujinx and Yuzu. The Ryujinx team’s accurate high-level emulation (HLE) implementations of Switch subsystems served as a valuable reference, while Yuzu’s shader compiler provided a strong foundation for Skyline’s own optimizations. The Yuzu team also granted an exemption from licensing fees. Additionally, Switchbrew’s resources, including their wiki and libnx, were instrumental in developing accurate HLE kernel and sysmodule implementations.
