Responsibilities
- Assists with greeting residents, team members, appropriate parties, and the public
- Takes calls, schedule meetings and appointments, and other front desk duties as assigned
- Provides exceptional customer service to our team
- Performs general administrative tasks (taking messages, routing calls, taking memos/notes)
- Distributes packages, mail, and other deliveries.
- Maintains office supplies, order new inventory as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent education, training and experience
- At least one year of previous experience in a concierge or similar role preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat and/or Adobe Reader
- Current first aid/CPR certification may be required per state/local guidelines
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills

- Completion of background check and drug screening
- Pre-employment screenings may include Physical, TB Test, and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines
