About the role
To improve student achievement by transporting students to and from school and school related activities and non-profit organizations. Drivers who serve as standby drivers, to assist other drivers and support personnel as needed.

Requirements
- Valid Oregon Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Must have a valid Oregon Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement.
- Must have a valid Oregon Class A CDL with Passenger Endorsement.
- Must have a valid Oregon Class A CDL with Passenger and Tanker Endorsements.
- Must have a valid Oregon Class A CDL with Passenger, Tanker and Hazardous Materials Endorsements.
- Must have a valid Oregon Class A CDL with Passenger, Tanker, Hazardous Materials and Combination Vehicle Endorsements.
- Must have a valid Oregon Class A CDL with Passenger, Tanker, Hazardous Materials and Combination Vehicle Endorsements.
Qualifications
- Experience driving school buses preferred.
- Knowledge of traffic laws and procedures.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery safely.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
- Good physical stamina.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.

Pay
Salary range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Most Drivers depart approximately 6:00 a.m. and return about 9:30 a.m. and depart again approximately 1:30 p.m. and return around 5:00 p.m. in the afternoon.
