Responsibilities

• Promote retail sales by recommending appropriate products and home-care routines to achieve or exceed individual sales objectives.
• Monitor relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) and actively participate in team selling to improve overall store outcomes.

• Advocate for ongoing treatment plans and home-care regimens to support clients’ long-term skincare objectives.

• Adhere to sanitation, hygiene, and safety regulations as mandated by spa policies and state requirements.

Requirements

• Valid Esthetics License in [State]
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a luxury spa or high-end skincare setting
• Demonstrated proficiency in advanced facial treatments and in-depth product knowledge of premium skincare brands
