We need to output HTML fragment with headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (EEO, etc). Must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Must only include sections where posting has real content.
Let's parse the posting.
Content:
- Founded in 1867, the Sacramento Children's Home is the oldest active charity in Sacramento and among the most highly respected. SCH is an equal opportunity employer who values an inclusive work environment that celebrates and recognizes the diversity of its employees. At SCH, we appreciate that having employees of many different backgrounds strengthens our organization, and we strive to create a workforce that reflects the diverse and culturally rich communities that we serve.
That's about the organization, could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" maybe not exactly; but we could treat as "About the organization" but the instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content to those headings.
We have:
OVERVIEW: Under the guidance of the Clinical Supervisor, the Family Specialist (Skills Trainer) functions as a member of an assigned service team within the FSPW program and provides direct services to children and families as identified in individualized service plans.
That's a description of role; could go under "About the role" or "Responsibilities"? Probably "About the role" is a brief overview.
Then DUTIES: (75%) Direct Services ... (list). Then (25%) Other ... (list). Those are responsibilities.
Then "Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:" list.
Then "LOCATION: 2750 Sutterville Rd., Sacramento, CA 95820"
Then "SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm, evenings and/or weekends as needed"
Then "SALARY: $22.85 – $25.70 per hour, to start"
Then "Qualifications Driving is an essential function of this job, and as such, employees in this position will be required to furnish their own vehicle to be used in the course of employment. A valid driver’s license and minimum insurance coverage is required. Must be at least 21 years of age. Education and Experience: At least one year of full-time experience working in the mental health field is required. Two (2) years of college or an AA degree in Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Counseling or Human Services Psychology, Sociology, Social Work Counseling, or a related field is preferred."
Then "BENEFITS: Excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and accident insurance, short and long-term disability plans, retirement plan with company match, paid vacation, sick leave, 11 paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, professional development and career advancement opportunities."
Then "TO APPLY: ..." which we must remove (application instructions). Also remove boilerplate like EEO etc (the first paragraph includes equal opportunity employer statement; that is boilerplate? It says "SCH is an equal opportunity employer who values an inclusive work environment..." This is EEO statement; we should remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we need to remove that sentence. Also the first sentence about founded 1867 etc is not boilerplate; it's organizational description, could be kept as "About the role"? Might be considered "About the organization". But we only have headings for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. The "About the role" could include overview and maybe mission. We'll keep the founding sentence as part of About the role.
We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is "Family Specialist (Skills Trainer)". Not to be used as heading.
We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings (none present).
We must output only HTML fragment.
We need to decide which sections to include.
We have content for:
- About the role: overview + maybe founding sentence.
- Responsibilities: duties (direct services and other).
- Qualifications: driving requirement, age, education/experience.
- Skills: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities list.
- Benefits: benefits package.
- Pay: salary range.
- Schedule: schedule.
- Requirements: maybe we could combine qualifications and requirements? The instruction includes a "Requirements" heading separate from Qualifications and Skills. We have qualifications (driving, age, education/experience). Could treat those as Requirements. Then Skills separate. Or we could treat Qualifications as Requirements and Skills as Skills. The posting has "Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:" which is skills. So we can put that under Skills. Then "Qualifications Driving is an essential function..." could be under Requirements (or Qualifications). Since we have both headings, we need to decide.
The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have both Requirements and Qualifications sections. The posting has a "Qualifications" heading (capitalized) and then details. It also has "Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:" which is skills. There's no separate "Requirements" heading but we can infer requirements from the qualifications (driving, age, education/experience). So we could put those under Requirements. Then we could also have a Qualifications section maybe for education/experience? But that would duplicate. Better to put driving/age under Requirements, and education/experience under Qualifications. However the posting lumps them together under "Qualifications". But we can split: Requirements: driving license, vehicle, age >=21. Qualifications: education and experience (1 year mental health, AA degree preferred). That seems reasonable.
We must not create sections with filler. Ensure each section has substantive content.
Now we need to remove boilerplate: The first paragraph includes equal opportunity employer statement; we must remove that. Also the sentence "Founded in 1867, the Sacramento Children's Home is the oldest active charity in Sacramento and among the most highly respected." is not boilerplate; keep.
We also need to remove any duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, application instructions.
Thus final HTML:
