Skills Institute Coach
- Lead engaging soccer training sessions for kids ages 5 to 12
- Teach core technical skills using the Skills Institute curriculum
- Create a positive, encouraging, and challenging environment
- Foster character development through teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship
- Build meaningful relationships with players and families
- Represent Sofive, Skills Institute, and Lil’ Kickers brands enthusiastically
- Support marketing efforts and assist with special events
Requirements:
- Weekend availability is required
- Additional weekday afternoons and evenings opportunities available
- Consistent shifts throughout a 13-week season
- A positive attitude and big smile
- Passion for youth development and soccer
- Willingness to learn and grow as a coach
- Commitment to weekly shifts for the duration of each season
- Ability to work with kids ages 5 to 12 and keep them engaged
- Background check required

- Support marketing efforts and assist with special events
