What We Need
- This is NOT entry-level. We are looking for skilled tradespeople only.
- You should have experience in:
- Wood framing (walls, floors, roofs)
- Reading and working from blueprints
- Making accurate measurements, cuts, and assemblies
- Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- You should be:
- Job site professional and team player
- Willing to travel when needed
- Willing to work independently and with a crew
- Reliable with strong work ethic and consistent attendance
Who This Is NOT For
- No experience / general labor only
- Inconsistent work history
- Cutting corners or lack of attention to detail
What Sets You Apart
- 3+ years of carpentry/framing experience
- Ability to work independently and with a crew
- Reliable transportation
