Skilled Trades Assistant (HVAC)

Business DevelopmentFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "POSITION EXPECTATIONS" which is like description. We need to use

for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. No Pay, Schedule, Benefits unless present. The posting does not mention pay, schedule, benefits. So we should not include those headings. We need to extract content: Position expectations (description) maybe as About the role. Responsibilities: list of duties. Requirements/Education and Skills: combine? Could separate Education and Skills as Requirements? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We can choose appropriate headings based on content. We have sections: POSITION EXPECTATIONS (description). Essential Duties And Responsibilities (list). Education And Skills (list). CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/REGISTRATIONS (list). POSITION COMPETENCIES (core and job-specific). CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPECTATIONS (paragraph). SAFETY EXPECTATIONS (paragraph). DIVERSITY EXPECTATIONS (paragraph). PHYSICAL DEMANDS (paragraph). Also note about promotions etc. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. There's none. We need to format lists with
  • . Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID. We need to decide which headings to use. Potential sections: - About the role (from POSITION EXPECTATIONS) - Responsibilities (Essential Duties And Responsibilities) - Requirements (Education And Skills) - Qualifications (CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/REGISTRATIONS) - Skills (POSITION COMPETENCIES maybe split into core and job-specific) - Could also have sections for Customer Service Expectations, Safety Expectations, Diversity Expectations, Physical Demands. But those are not in the list of allowed headings; but we could still use headings like "Customer Service Expectations" if we want? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect only those headings. So we should map content to those headings. If content doesn't fit, maybe we omit? But we must preserve all substantive information. Could we put extra info under existing headings? For example, Customer Service Expectations could go under About the role or Responsibilities? Might be okay to include as a paragraph under About the role. Similarly Safety Expectations, Diversity Expectations, Physical Demands could be under About the role or Responsibilities. But we need to preserve all info; we can include them as paragraphs under appropriate sections. Thus we will create sections:

    About the role

with description from POSITION EXPECTATIONS plus maybe customer service, safety, diversity, physical demands paragraphs.

    Responsibilities

    with list of essential duties.

    Requirements

    with Education And Skills.

    Qualifications

    with Certifications/Licenses/Registrations.

    Skills

with POSITION COMPETENCIES (core and job-specific). We must not include empty sections. Now we need to extract content precisely. Let's copy the relevant text. POSITION EXPECTATIONS: "The Skilled Trades Assistant will learn the practices and procedures to install and perform progressively skilled preventative maintenance and repairs on various types of equipment related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including commercial restrooms, kitchens, refrigeration, appliances, and lighting systems in and around LVCC facilities." That's the description. We could also add the rest of the sections as paragraphs under About the role: maybe we include the customer service, safety, diversity, physical demands as separate paragraphs under About the role. But we need to ensure we don't lose any info. Let's list all substantive blocks: 1. POSITION EXPECTATIONS (description) 2. Essential Duties And Responsibilities (list) 3. Education And Skills (list) 4. CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/REGISTRATIONS (list) 5. POSITION COMPETENCIES (core and job-specific) 6. CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPECTATIONS (paragraph) 7. SAFETY EXPECTATIONS (paragraph) 8. DIVERSITY EXPECTATIONS (paragraph) 9. PHYSICAL DEMANDS (paragraph) 10. Also note about promotions etc within certifications section (the note about journeyman etc). That's part of certifications. We need to include all. Now format. We'll produce:
