Responsibilities

• Aid clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Provide expert guidance throughout the real estate transaction process.
• Conduct market research to inform clients about property values, trends, and competitive listings.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
• Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and facilitate communication.

• Collaborate with the Ben Kinney Team Idaho to meet sales targets and contribute to team success.

Requirements

• Hold an Idaho real estate license.
• Have closed at least 3+ transactions (preferred).
• Be coachable, driven, and growth-oriented.
• Value collaboration over working independently.

• Capable of producing more business than current production.
• Willing to leverage systems and support to free up time for focusing on client needs.

$120,000–$200,000+ earning potential (production-based with significant upside for motivated agents).
