Skilled Production Associate

Job Responsibilities

• Performing assembly, testing, problem-solving, material handling, welding, paint line operation, press room operation, and quality control.

Desired Experience/Skills and Qualifications

• Able to handle physical, repetitive work and stand on feet for several hours.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Competent in basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to handle small parts.
• Recognize quality issues and problems – detect defects.
• Read and follow detailed instructions on production.
• Distinguish between part numbers and sizes.
• Count and label parts accurately.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Have good safety awareness and efficiency skills.
• Follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Basic English proficiency to read safety instructions, understand work orders, and communicate with supervisors and coworkers.

What We Offer

• Competitive Pay: Starting at $20/hour, plus a $1.50/hour night shift differential.
• Overtime Pay: Time-and-a-half for hours over 40/week and double-time for hours over 48/week. 8 hours of overtime is built into your schedule.
• Rotating Schedule: Gives you every other weekend off, and you’ll only work 13 days a month.
• Profit Sharing: Quarterly profit-sharing with no cap.
