Job Summary

Join a dynamic and growing Human Resources team dedicated to supporting multiple skilled nursing facilities across Tennessee. Infinity Healthcare Consulting is a trusted partner in long-term care and provides expert guidance to help facilities thrive. We are currently seeking a Human Resource Consultant to serve as a strategic partner to our facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on HR support, including guidance on labor relations, recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, policy implementation, retention strategies, compliance, and terminations.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in human resources within the long-term care industry
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Strong leadership, communication, and consulting skills
• Proven ability to multi-task and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel to different locations and occasional overnight stays

Qualifications

• Proven track record in HR roles within long-term care settings
• Experience with HRIS systems and other HR tools
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
