Skilled Nursing Facility Director of Admissions

RegalCare at Harwich We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and experienced Director of Admissions to join our leadership team! The ideal candidate is a dynamic professional with strong communication skills, a passion for healthcare, and the ability to build lasting relationships with hospitals, referral sources, residents, and families. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, case managers, and referral sources.Oversee the admissions process from initial inquiry through resident arrival.Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth admissions.Drive census growth and maintain strong facility occupancy.Conduct facility tours and communicate with prospective residents and families.Develop marketing strategies to promote facility services.Monitor referrals, admissions, and conversion rates. Qualifications Previous admissions or marketing experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care.Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.Proven ability to develop referral relationships and increase census.Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
