Responsibilities
- Cook up and schedule skilled nursing visits
- Chat with patients, caregivers, nurses, and referral sources
- Keep patient records and docs neat and tidy
- Help doctors with orders and care plans
- Watch out for visit rules and check back
- Help the nursing crew with paperwork and stuff
- Make sure everyone follows the rules
Qualifications
- Some healthcare experience is nice to have
- Good at organizing and doing lots of things at once
- Great at talking and being friendly
- Knows how to use computers and office apps
- Can work alone and with others
- Knows about LCHSA stuff if you can
