About the role

The position involves working mornings and weekends at Shadow Hills Country Club, a member-owned establishment in Junction City, OR.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve meals according to recipes and food safety guidelines.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Follow proper sanitation procedures and adhere to food handling regulations.
  • Work closely with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen and dining area.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years working in a professional kitchen.
  • Experience in a country club setting is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Good communication skills.

Skills

  • Proficient in using kitchen equipment.
  • Knowledge of food preparation and service standards.
