About the role

We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Registered Nurses (RN) with high-level skilled care experience. This position offers flexible, visit-based shifts and one-on-one patient care.

Responsibilities

• Tracheostomy care
• Complex wound care
• Enteral feeding (G-tubes and feeding tubes)
• Ostomy care
• Handling of drains and medical devices
• Injections and medical administration
• Hospice and end-of-life care

Requirements

• Active Maryland and/or DC professional license in good standing (LPN or RN)
• Skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities
• Reliability and ability to work independently
