Skilled Laborer - Mason & Waterproofing

About the role

Responsible for performing building envelope repair tasks including but not limited to roof repairs, siding installations, and window replacements. Works closely with project managers and clients to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections of buildings to identify areas requiring repair
• Install and repair various types of roofing materials such as shingles, metal, and tar
• Apply and repair siding materials such as vinyl, wood, and aluminum
• Install and repair windows and doors according to manufacturer specifications
• Work with project managers to plan and execute repair projects efficiently
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in construction or related field
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of common building materials and installation techniques
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
