What You’ll Do:
- Assist with installation of basement waterproofing systems (drain tile, sump pumps, crack repair)
- Support foundation and structural repair projects (excavation, wall anchors, carbon fiber straps)
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Prepare job sites and ensure thorough cleanup upon completion
- Communicate clearly with foremen, team members, and homeowners
- Follow all OSHA and company safety standards
- Work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment to deliver high-quality results
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (required); Spanish is a plus
- Strong work ethic with pride in craftsmanship
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to perform physical work (lifting, digging, working in various weather conditions)
- Reliable and committed to showing up and getting the job done
- Preferred: Experience in construction, waterproofing, or foundation repair
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
