Skilled Electrician

Job Description Summary

A Skilled Electrician is needed to work in various areas of a production line, assembling prefabricated bathrooms. Responsibilities include following production processes, offering improvements, troubleshooting, teamwork, mentoring, completing paperwork, and ensuring compliance with standards and safety regulations.

Requirements/Skills

• At least 2 years of experience in electrical, industrial or commercial construction.
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, healthcare, hospital, or construction companies.
• Cutting, assembling, and wiring with attention to existing infrastructure.
• Ability to read a tape measure and use electrical and hand tools (wire strippers, voltmeter, connectors, etc.).
• Experience in lean manufacturing is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience with reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Ability to take directions and work in a team environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Physical Environment

The job involves walking, standing, bending, scaffolding, ladders, lifting up to 40 lbs, dealing with dust, noise, and heat. Occasional use of cleaning chemicals is also required. Work hours are Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, with 40-50 hours per week, including overtime as needed.
