About the Role
The Construction Specialist – Lead Residential and Commercial Field Repairs position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in general construction, remodeling, or property maintenance. Proven proficiency in drywall hanging/finishing and finish carpentry, along with demonstrated ability to perform basic "handyman" electrical and plumbing repairs, is essential. Ability to travel frequently to different job sites as required by the project schedule is also necessary.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-end finish carpentry and light structural carpentry to restore property interiors to pre-loss condition.
- Install and finish drywall with precision, ensuring seamless surfaces ready for final coating.
- Perform professional-grade painting and staining to meet strict aesthetic and quality standards.
- Resolve minor electrical and plumbing issues safely and efficiently during the restoration process.
- Complete diverse general handyman tasks to finalize project punch lists and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized mobile workspace while traveling between various project locations.
- Collaborate with project managers to provide real-time updates on material needs and project timelines.
Requirements
