Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and a working vehicle; commuting required
• Current, up‑to‑date auto insurance
• Adherence to client care plans
• Flexibility with schedules to meet client needs
• At least one year of in‑home caregiver experience
• Strong communication and active‑listening skills
• Ability to remain calm in emergent situations and report changes in client status
• Pass background and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with personal care and hygiene
• Prepare light meals according to dietary restrictions
• Transport clients to and from shops, pharmacies, or appointments
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Serve as a pleasant, engaging, and supportive companion

Skills

• One year proven experience as an in‑home caregiver (preferred)
• Knowledge and demonstration of DME such as Hoyer lift, wheelchairs, transfer bench, walker/training
• Excellent knowledge of emergency response; CPR preferred
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
• Respectful and compassionate attitude
• Good time‑management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• No CNA license required

Pay

$15.00 – $17.00 per hour

Schedule

• Part‑time positions available
• Work days, evenings, weekends, or overnights
• Shift lengths range from 3 hours to 12 hours
• Choose the days or times you are willing to work
