About the program

Sarela Technology Solutions offers SkillBridge program opportunities for Active Duty Service Members seeking to apply their military experience to roles in information technology, cybersecurity, and business operations. Participants will engage in structured OJT programs designed to build upon prior military experience in technical, operational, or administrative fields. Training is delivered through mentorship, guided exercises, simulated environments, and internal projects that reflect real-world enterprise practices. This program is designed to prepare participants for roles supporting enterprise IT, cybersecurity operations, and organizational management functions. Participants do not perform work on active government contracts and instead focus on professional development and skill enhancement.

Basic qualifications

• Active Duty Service Member eligible for the DoD SkillBridge program
• Within 180 days of separation or retirement
• Command approval to participate in SkillBridge
• Relevant military experience aligned to one of the training tracks (e.g., IT, communications, cybersecurity, intelligence, administration, logistics, or leadership roles)
• Strong interest in developing skills in information technology, cybersecurity, or business operations

Preferred qualifications

• Prior experience in technical, operational, or administrative roles
• Familiarity with information systems, cybersecurity, or organizational operations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a structured learning environment and engage with mentors

Compensation: $1.00 - $1.50 per hour
