SkillBridge: Project Manager Training Program (Water Division)
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Build and maintain client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact and fostering long-term trust.
- Communicate proactively to align expectations, share updates, and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure integrated service delivery.
- Share client insights to support continuous improvement and inform service enhancements.
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts in alignment with NSF pricing and policies.
Qualifications
- Activity-Duty Military and SkillBridge Program Participant
- 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing role such as Project Manager or Account Manager.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Past experience understanding client needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals.
- Bachelor’s degree Required (in Science, Chemistry, Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field preferred).
