Skillbridge Project Management Development Internship

About the role

MKD Electric, an Industria company, is seeking transitioning service members for a 26 week (6-month) skillbridge project management development internship. This program is designed to prepare future leaders for careers in electrical construction, data centers, and mission critical infrastructure projects. Participants will work directly alongside project managers, superintendents, operations leaders, and others while supporting active projects across the US.

Responsibilities

• Gain practical experience in project planning, scheduling, workforce coordination, safety leadership, budgeting, project controls, and client communication.
• Learn how complex infrastructure projects are delivered from concept to completion.
• Travel to multiple locations and project sites to gain exposure to different business units, project types, and leadership teams.

Requirements

• Background in engineering, construction, facilities management, power generation, communications, logistics, maintenance, or operations leadership.

Qualifications

• Transitioning service members are preferred but not required.

Pay

• Typical salary range for Project Manager roles is $100,000 - $125,000.
• The position is also eligible for additional incentives.
