About the role

This internship provides structured on-the-job training designed to help you apply your military-acquired skills to a corporate setting. You may work with multiple departments to support operational workflows, customer interactions, data management, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Active-duty service member approved to participate in a DoD SkillBridge program
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and willingness to learn
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to follow instructions, work collaboratively, and adapt to new environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Depending on the specific opportunity, experience in maintenance, mechanics, logistics, operations, administration, customer service, or related military occupational specialties
• Familiarity with data entry, inventory systems, or workflow management tools
• Understanding of standard operating procedures and quality-control principles
• Demonstrated leadership, time-management, and problem-solving abilities
• Interest in transitioning into a full-time civilian role within the industry following program completion
