About the role

XSITE LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned company headquartered in San Diego. We provide full spectrum systems and systems-of-systems engineering and integration services and solutions for space, C5ISR, cyber and enterprise information systems. Our core capabilities include AI/ML, Software Development & Sustainment, Systems Engineering (including MBSE), and Modeling & Simulation.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on project work aligned with your background, skills, and career interests
• Mentorship from experienced defense technology professionals
• Exposure to agile workflows, cross-functional collaboration, and real-world problem solving
• Ongoing feedback and a formal performance evaluation at program completion
• Networking opportunities within the defense contracting industry

Requirements

• Participants interested in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, and Cyber internship tracks are encouraged to absorb as much knowledge as possible, explore their areas of interest, and build the foundational experience needed to thrive in the civilian workforce.
