Skid Steer Operator
About the role
We're seeking a Skid Steer / Boom Operator for the upcoming 2026 season. This position involves operating various types of paving equipment, including asphalt rollers, in a safe and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Operate asphalt rollers and other paving equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Work varied hours including nights, early mornings, and weekends as needed
- Tolerate and work in variable weather conditions and dirty/dusty environments
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record
- Minimum of three to five years of previous work experience in asphalt skid steer / boom operation
- CDL required
- High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Punctual and dependable
- Member of the appropriate trade union or willing to become one
Qualifications
- Experience in construction and engineering
- Knowledge of safety and ethical practices

- Ability to work in diverse weather and environmental conditions
