Ski Instructor

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing individuals who are passionate about snow sports and love helping others learn. In this role, instructors will deliver lessons to beginner, intermediate, and advanced guests of all ages in a safe, fun, and professional environment. Full Time and Part Time seasonal positions available. Scheduled hours will vary depending on business volume.

Starting wage of $20.00/hour.

Responsibilities

• Teach skiing at all ability levels
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Deliver lessons through group, private, and seasonal programs
• Participate in instructor training and professional development
• Assist with lesson area setup and surface lift operations
• Support Snow School operations: registration, lunch, and carpet zones
• Communicate clearly with guests, guardians, and team members

Requirements

• Skiing or riding experience (required)
• Actively pursuing a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Certification a plus, but not mandatory
• Teaching experience preferred (in Snowsports or other fields)
• Strong social and verbal communication and customer service skills
• Complete a 4-day in-person new hire training clinic hosted by Snowsports School
• Must be available on the following key dates: Dec. 27 - 31; Jan 16-17; Feb 13-14; Full time Feb 16-19
• This position will be required to work weekends and holidays
