SIU Claims Investigator

About the role

Responsible for conducting investigations in Charleston, SC. Conducts thorough research and analysis to identify issues and provide solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive investigations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Interview witnesses and gather evidence to support findings.
• Prepare detailed reports summarizing investigation results and recommendations.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of law enforcement experience.
• Knowledge of investigative techniques and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Background check required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
