About the role
The Sitter Service Coordinator supports Home Health and Hospice operations by coordinating and managing sitter schedules, communicating with various teams, and assisting with general office operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage sitter schedules based on patient needs and staff availability.
- Communicate with sitters, field staff, and office team regarding assignments and updates.
- Address call-ins, scheduling conflicts, and last-minute coverage needs.
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and ensure proper documentation.
- Aid in onboarding requirements and tracking sitter compliance (licenses, documents, etc.).
- Support general office operations as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in scheduling or staffing coordination required.
- Home Health or Hospice experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with EMR systems (Kinnser/WellSky preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and respond quickly to staffing needs.

Pay
Compensation is based on experience.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, based on office needs.
