We are looking for Sitters/Companions in Lakeway, TX to work in a healthy and happy environment with competitive pay and immediate start opportunities.

Schedule

Part-time with flexible schedules.

Pay

Base pay: $13 - $15 an hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal assistance and/or health-related services to patients/clients in their place of residence.
• Provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Work cooperatively with the patient/client and family.
• Report observations and problems to the Supervisor.
• Provide companionship to client.
• Prepare meals.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide transportation (valid driver’s license required).
• Promote positive, supportive, and respectful communication to patient/family and other employees.
• Provide an environment which promotes respect for patient, privacy, and property.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills.
• Report unsafe conditions and problems to agency management.
• Demonstrate commitment, professional growth, and competency through attending required in-services.
• Promote the Right at Home philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.
