Responsibilities

Maintains responsibility to sit with and observe the patient and his/her surrounding environment to promote safety and prevent possible injuries.

The One to One Patient Observer assists the Registered Nurse in non-nursing tasks within the scope of training and experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred.
• Current BLS (AHA) within 30 days of hire and maintain current.

Pay

Rumford Hospital offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $20.00 to $23.75. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
