Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of Land Development Estimates: Develop accurate cost estimates for sitework and land development projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
- Contract Review: Analyze and review contracts to ensure compliance with project scope, specifications, and company standards.
- Budget Review and Preparation: Create and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality standards.
- Subcontractor Management: Oversee subcontractor selection, coordination, and performance to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality requirements.
- Erosion and Sedimentation Control Management: Implement and monitor erosion and sedimentation control plans to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and coordination of all project phases.
- Cooordinaton with Governmental Agencies: Liaise with local, state, and federal agencies to secure permits, approvals, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Utility Review and Management: Coordinate with utility providers to ensure timely installation and integration of utilities, including water, sewer, gas, and electric services.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sitework or land development project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, land development regulations, and industry standards.
- Prowen ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
