About Our Client
Our client is seeking a Project Manager with significant sitework, grading, and utility construction experience to join their Charlotte office. This individual will play a hands-on leadership role, managing complex site development projects, mentoring field teams, and helping drive the growth of a fast-growing design-build contractor.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage sitework and mass grading projects from start to finish, ensuring all goals are met.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards on all project sites.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Prepare and present project reports for stakeholders as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.
Qualifications
- Experience managing sitework and mass grading projects in the construction industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Base salary target of $100,000 - $110,000, with flexibility for highly qualified candidates.
