About the role

Sitecore Technical Consultant – 100% Remote (U.S.), Full-time, Direct W2. Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Sitecore Developer to build and maintain enterprise digital experiences on Sitecore Experience Platform (XP), Sitecore XM Cloud, and Sitecore Content Hub. The role spans backend C#/.NET development, front-end work, content modeling, integrations, and platform upgrades, with a strong emphasis on modern composable patterns and migration from legacy implementations. The ideal candidate has shipped meaningful Sitecore work in production, navigates both classic XP/XM and the composable Sitecore ecosystem, and balances technical depth with editor and marketer needs. Responsibilities

Build and maintain enterprise digital experiences on Sitecore XP, XM Cloud, and Content Hub
Backend C#/.NET development using Sitecore APIs
Front-end development with modern JavaScript and build tools
Content modeling and headless implementations using JSS or Next.js
Integrations and platform upgrades
Emphasis on modern composable patterns and migration from legacy implementations
Troubleshooting and performance tuning
Collaborate with editors and marketers to meet their needs

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Five or more years of Sitecore development experience
Deep expertise in C#/.NET and Sitecore APIs
Strong understanding of Sitecore Helix architecture
Hands‑on experience with Sitecore XP, XM, or XM Cloud
Experience with headless implementations using JSS or Next.js
Solid front‑end skills with modern JavaScript and build tools
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Sitecore deployments
Strong troubleshooting and performance‑tuning skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications

Sitecore Certified Developer credentials (preferred)
Experience with XM Cloud migrations (preferred)
Familiarity with Sitecore Content Hub, CDP, or Personalize (preferred)
Exposure to multi‑brand or multi‑region Sitecore deployments (preferred)
Experience with Sitecore OrderCloud commerce integrations (preferred)

Pay

$100,000–$150,000 annually
