Sitecore Solutions Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Sitecore Developer to build and maintain enterprise digital experiences on Sitecore Experience Platform (XP), Sitecore XM Cloud, and Sitecore Content Hub. The role spans backend C#/.NET development, front-end work, content modeling, integrations, and platform upgrades, with a strong emphasis on modern composable patterns and migration from legacy implementations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain enterprise digital experiences on Sitecore XP, XM, and XM Cloud
• Develop and maintain custom Sitecore modules and integrations
• Navigate both classic XP/XM and the composable Sitecore ecosystem
• Work closely with editors and marketers to understand and meet their needs
• Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code
• Participate in code reviews and pair programming sessions
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Sitecore practices and processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Perform troubleshooting and performance tuning
• Stay current with Sitecore and industry best practices

Requirements

• Shipped meaningful Sitecore work in production
• Expertise in C#/.NET and Sitecore APIs
• Strong understanding of Sitecore Helix architecture
• Hands-on experience with Sitecore XP, XM, or XM Cloud
• Experience with headless implementations using JSS or Next.js
• Solid front-end skills with modern JavaScript and build tools
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Sitecore deployments
• Strong troubleshooting and performance-tuning skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of Sitecore development experience

Skills

• Sitecore Certified Developer credentials preferred
• Experience with XM Cloud migrations preferred
• Familiarity with Sitecore Content Hub, CDP, or Personalize preferred
• Experience with multi-brand or multi-region Sitecore deployments preferred
• Experience with Sitecore OrderCloud commerce integrations preferred
