Sitecore Developer

About the role

We are seeking experienced Sitecore developers with a strong emphasis on PowerShell scripting. Proficiency in Sitecore platform architecture is essential, including knowledge of Sitecore’s data models, templates, components (Sitecore Experience Accelerator/SXA, JSS, Sitecore Content Serialization), configuration, content management, personalization features, and internals of integration with SQL Server and Solr. Experience with Sitecore headless development and Sitecore Cloud platforms is also required.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom Sitecore modules and components, including integrations with external APIs and systems such as Analytics and marketing automation.
• Lead teams, interact with business partners or customers, and guide project direction.
• Coordinate project meetings, scheduling from the design stage to deployment, and deliver a final Ready-to-Ship product.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and refactor code.
• Work within the entire software development life cycle using Agile methodologies in a SCRUM environment.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Sitecore development using C#, NextJS, GraphQL, PowerShell, and .NET Framework.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), frameworks like React and NextJS, CSS syntax, HTML5 specs, browser differences, and polyfills.
• Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, Bitbucket), deployment strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design concepts and software development processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, code optimization, and refactoring skills.
