Site Warehouse Manager

Location: Southeastern Ohio Job Type: Full-Time Travel: Approximately 75% Salary: $42,000 to $46,000 annually (Depending on skills and experience.) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Site Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse and field operations across multiple locations in southeastern Ohio. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for managing warehouse operations, supervising personnel, maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating temporary staffing, and ensuring safe and efficient daily operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable working independently, and willing to travel frequently to support multiple warehouse and project sites. Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse and site operationsCoordinate receiving, storage, organization, and movement of materialsMaintain accurate inventory records using inventory management softwarePerform inventory counts and resolve discrepanciesEnsure materials are properly labeled, stored, tracked, and documentedSupervise, schedule, and provide direction to warehouse personnel and temporary employeesCoordinate staffing needs with temporary staffing agenciesMonitor attendance, productivity, and work qualityTrain employees on site procedures and safety requirementsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentEnforce safety policies and report workplace incidentsOperate forklifts and other warehouse equipmentAssist with loading, unloading, staging, and moving materialsSet up company-issued mobile devices, email accounts, and basic applicationsMaintain spreadsheets and operational records using Microsoft ExcelPrepare site updates using Microsoft Office and company systemsCommunicate with customers, vendors, staffing agencies, employees, and internal teamsProvide updates regarding staffing, inventory, productivity, and site operationsTravel approximately 75% to support multiple warehouse and project locationsWork occasional evenings, weekends, or extended hours as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or site operationsPrevious supervisory or team lead experienceExperience managing temporary employees or coordinating with staffing agenciesAbility to safely operate a forkliftCurrent forklift certification or ability to obtain certificationBasic Microsoft Excel skills, including data entry and spreadsheetsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office, email, and mobile technologyAbility to learn inventory management softwareExperience setting up company cell phones, email, and applicationsStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and make sound decisionsProfessional communication with employees, customers, vendors, and staffing partnersValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordWillingness to travel approximately 75%Ability to pass required background screening, motor vehicle record check, drug screening, and any site-specific requirements Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of warehouse, logistics, or site operations experience1+ year of warehouse management or supervisory experienceExperience managing temporary warehouse or project sitesExperience with warehouse or inventory management systemsExperience in project logistics, transportation, industrial, construction, or similar environmentsExperience coordinating multiple sites or traveling project teams Physical Requirements Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbsStand and walk for extended periodsBend, reach, kneel, climb, and work in a warehouse environmentSafely operate forklifts and warehouse equipmentWork in changing temperatures, dust, noise, and active warehouse environmentsTravel by vehicle and occasional commercial airline as needed Benefits Eligible employees may receive: Medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and paid holidays401(k) retirement planReimbursement for approved business travel expense We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
