Site Trainer/Compliance
DePaul Academy, located in the heart of South Bend, Indiana, shares a campus with the St. Joseph County Juvenile Justice Center. DePaul serves young men aged 14-18 who have mental health, substance abuse and/or behavioral needs. About the role
The Staff Site Trainer works as a member of the site management team. Primarily responsible for overseeing all aspects of staff training and designated student training for the sites for which this person is responsible. In some instances, this position is required to provide training for multiple sites within a region.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of staff training and designated student training for assigned sites.
- Provide training for multiple sites within a region as required.
Requirements
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of training experience.
- Must be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and SPM/SCM Techniques.
- A working knowledge of CARF and PREA is preferred.
Pay
$52,500/year based on experience.

Schedule
